Clogged gutters don't fail quietly
When gutters can't drain, water goes where it shouldn't: over the edge, behind the fascia and down to your foundation. In Essex County, the leaves pile up right before the first hard freeze.
Every drop of rain puts your most valuable asset, your home, at risk.
Overflow & stainingWater pours over the edge instead of down the downspout.
Fascia & foundationStanding water works into the wood and the soil around your house.
Frozen guttersOnce they freeze full, cleaning gets harder and costs more. Book before Thanksgiving to avoid the frozen-gutter surcharge.

Questions
Quick answers before you book
How much does gutter cleaning cost?
Gutter cleaning starts at $175 plus tax. We give you a flat-rate quote based on your address, so you know the price before you approve anything.
What's included?
Your gutters cleaned, a free gutter inspection, and a before and after photo report so you can see the work. Tax is added to the price.
How do I pay?
You pay by card when you approve your quote, right from your phone. Then you're on the schedule.
What is the frozen-gutter surcharge?
Gutters that are frozen full take more time and effort to clear, so a surcharge applies to frozen-gutter jobs. Book before Thanksgiving to avoid it. Call or text us for details.
How fast do I get a quote?
Call or text 973-298-0767 during business hours and we quote in under a minute. If you send the form, we'll text or call you with your price.
Do I need to be home?
We'll confirm your appointment time with you. Questions about access, gates or pets? Tell us when you book and we'll plan around it.
Will you make a mess?
You get a before and after photo report on every job, so you can see exactly how your gutters were left.
When should I book?
As soon as you can. Thanksgiving week and the week after have limited openings, and booking before Thanksgiving helps you avoid the frozen-gutter surcharge.
Can I trust you with my home?
Stern Gutters is a licensed New Jersey contractor (HIC Reg. 13VH13216700), BBB accredited, with a 4.9-star rating across 261 Google reviews.

Will you remind me next time?
Yes. We send free reminders so you never forget your next cleaning.
